Coffee Background
From Huila, one of Colombia’s most famous coffee regions, this rare Bourbon Sidra lot is the product of a careful and fully washed process. This hybrid variety combines the sweetness of Red Bourbon and the floral complexity of Ethiopian landraces.
Grown at high altitudes by smallholder producers, the coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness. After harvesting, it undergoes an extended fermentation in tanks before being washed and dried slowly in raised beds. The result is a cup that’s complex, with fruity acidity and a creamy texture.
