Coffee Background
This fully washed coffee comes from San Miguel in the Mixteca region of Oaxaca, a place known for its indigenous heritage and traditional farming. The region's high altitudes and cool temperatures provide ideal conditions for growing coffee.
The producers are members of a small cooperative that focuses on organic farming and quality processing. The coffee is depulped the same day it’s picked, fermented for 24–36 hours, and then washed and sun-dried on patios. The result is a clean, bright coffee with tropical and savory notes.
